French producer and songwriter Pascal Letoublon has just released another gem. His brand new ‘Feelings Undercover’ is up for grabs via Virgin Germany and fits neatly with his enormous back catalogue of streams – ‘Friendships’ is now at over 50 millions streams and counting.
This subtle yet wonderfully melodic track bridges the gap between feelgood and poignant, finding moments of softness with guitar flecks and a lilting vocal. Explaining in his own words, Letoublon says: “When I created this new song, it was really important for me to find the sweet spot between melancholic and happy melodies, a recipe that was in ‘Friendships’ and one which gives the listener the freedom to interpret the songs.”
